Was shopping at Whole Foods and I saw the Coconut Water Kefir on the shelf. The bottle design and label caught my eye and although I didn't really know all of the benefits I took a shot and bought it. Talk about my lucky day. I have become revitalized. My skin is looking better and I full of zip and a renewed energy. I beginning to notice a slight change in my hair and nails as well. Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up and thank you.
I just started taking coconut kefir water. I've heard about all the benefits but don't know exactly how I'm supposed to take it and when.
Also, i travel for business a lot and would like to continue it while I'm traveling, do you guys have a supplement that I can travel with?
Hey Robbie, keep it up, sounds like you starting to see some of the benefits of CWK. Kefir in Turkish, translates as 'feel good'. Remember, real results come when we establish regular consumption of probiotics(more than 3 months, 5 days a week).
Hey Shaehong, most people do well drinking 2 ounces before bed for the first week. This allows its full benefits to help you, undilluted by anything. Then start adding 2-4 or more with meals. If your consuming 6 ounces a day, 5 days a week, your digestive system should be fine with a 2-3 day trip. You can also purchase probiotic capsules. I personally like Jarrow and enzymatica brand. Our daughter Amaya has autism. The coconut kefir has healed her gut and her eczema is now gone.
